Our Policies
The Dreamcatcher B&B is a unique property where every guest reservation is important to us.
Please note that rates/policies are subject to change during high season periods.
Check-in time begins at 3PM. It is SELF CHECK IN. You will receive check in instructions that will include a DOOR CODE the day of your check in (via email and text). Please do not access the unit before 3PM.
SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking inside the rooms, we do have a designated smoking area outside. Violations will result in a $350.00 cleaning fee that will be charged to your card.
In certain situations, we may consider small, well-behaved pets that are crate trained. If you have a pet, please call us before arrival to let us know. There is a $35 pet fee. We ask that all pets are under 50lbs.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES:
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in, they are transferrable, but may not be redeemed for cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict, graduated cancellation policy. Cancellations more than 7 days out, you will receive a full refund less a $20.00 cancellation fee.
No refunds on cancellations within 7 days of scheduled check in date.
No Shows: If you do not arrive for check in on the date of your reservation, the entire amount of the reservation nights will be charged to your credit card.
Early Departures: NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. Early departures are considered cancellations of reserved days and are subject to the appropriate nightly charge.
Group Bookings: Must be scheduled with Management prior to the event. Group bookings (4 or more rooms) are subject to a separate cancellation policy. 50% nonrefundable deposit due at time of booking. Full amount due 30 days prior to check in date. Any cancellations made withing 30 days of check in will result in forfeiture of full booking amount.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
